Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for performance marketing and a proven track record in managing global PPC campaigns? We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of our paid acquisition channels. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in paid search platforms, bid management, and data-driven decision making to drive customer acquisition. What you will do:
- Develop, execute, and optimize PPC strategies to meet business objectives across Google, Bing and LinkedIn covering mainly all EU and USA markets
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and selection for global pay-per-click campaigns
- Identify areas of improvement including keyword development, bid management, ad copy optimization, ad extensions, targeting, landing page optimization, etc.
- Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to ensure efficient spend and high ROI
- Drive channel forecasting and budgeting to meet growth targets
- Manage vendors/agencies to launch and optimize paid media campaigns
- Collaborate with the internal marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging, improve lead quality, and drive user acquisition, conversion, and awareness
- Develop and manage an email marketing strategy to nurture leads effectively
