Job description

Your mission

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our clients, a company that provides packaging solutions. Their mission is to ensure better protection and a longer shelf life for fresh groceries by offeringÂ the most extensive range of pooled reusable packaging solutions.

As aÂ Scrum Master, you will foster an agile mindset, enable collaboration, and ensure product delivery by coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and removing impediments.

Act as anÂ Agile coach, mentoring teams in Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
FacilitateÂ Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
GuideÂ iterative planning and execution to enhance product delivery.
Work with theÂ Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization.
DriveÂ continuous improvement and remove blockers.

Your profile

Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.
Proven ability to coach teams and lead Agile transformations.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
Excellent English skills (German is a plus).

Project Details:
- Duration: 6 months
- Start Date: Immediate
- Location: Remote, with quarterly on-site workshops (next: April 28-29).
