Key Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify ERP solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Procurement.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend system enhancements or configurations.
• Develop functional specifications for system modifications, integrations, and reports.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot system issues reported by users.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Technical Responsibilities:
• Customize and extend Dynamics ERP functionalities using X++, Power Platform, JavaScript, and .NET (as needed).
• Develop, maintain, and support integrations with third-party applications, external systems, and data migration.
• Create SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and SQL queries to support reporting needs.
• Configure workflows, business processes, and security roles within Dynamics ERP.
• Implement data migration strategies, leveraging tools such as Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, AX, or other Dynamics ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HR.
• Proficiency in X++, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), and SQL.
• Experience in integrating Dynamics ERP with third-party applications using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Hands-on experience in system customization, workflows, and security role configurations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and provide effective client support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Certifications (Finance, Supply Chain, Technical).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of PowerApps and AI-driven automation.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies for ERP implementations.
