Job description

• Convert Progress Notes: Transform client progress notes into the SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) format to ensure consistent documentation.
• Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including organising documentation, and maintaining up-to-date records to ensure compliance with organisational standards.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client information in electronic records and databases, ensuring all files are current and accessible.
• Excel Worksheet Management: Update and maintain Excel worksheets to track client progress, appointments, and resources efficiently.
• Report Preparation: Use established report templates to compile skeletal reports for therapists, ensuring all necessary information is included for effective treatment planning.
• Support Plan Development: Collaborate with therapists to devise individualised support plans that address the specific needs of clients.
• Intervention Planning Assistance: Assist therapists in planning interventions and developing SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals for client improvement.
• Visual Aids Creation: Develop creative and engaging visual aids tailored for individuals with intellectual disabilities or neuro-developmental conditions to enhance understanding and participation in therapy.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and compile progress reports to summarise client development and achievements to share with the therapy team and clients' families.
