JOB OVERVIEW

Ensures the client is satisfied with company products, projects, and services. Designs appropriate workplans to assure client concerns. Pulls data analytics reports to understand the health of the client. Works with client to cultivate future projects and qualify new opportunities. Consults with other team members (project management/client services/support) to ensure mutual client objectives are met. Works closely with the Sales Account Management Team to deliver client programs. Understands how the products supported by the Business Unit are constructed to strategically align client concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Foster the highest level of service delivery to assigned clients to ensure a strong client relationship, strong client satisfaction and success toward achieving goals for client retention within the Account Management AT LARGE program.
  • Maintain a relationship with assigned client accounts, including key stakeholders, to identify and address goals, needs and issues, educate on products, drive adoption and utilization, achieve retention goals and foster expansion opportunities.
  • Own relationship with proper client champions and ensure our alignment with client goals.
  • Manage, analyze, and prepare client concerns, using the client work plan, to document client needs and improve client experience.
  • Deliver client work plan to resolve stated client concerns and transition client to the AT LARGE program using the four pillars of communication.
  • Direct client questions, as needed, to appropriate department to address client concern to streamline client’s overall satisfaction.
  • Articulate and document client goals throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the technology product(s) within the Wound Care Business Unit.
  • Demonstrate use of the wound care technology products within the Wound Care Business Unit.
  • Collaborate with the Wound Care Business Unit departments to foster adoption, utilization, retention, and attainment of client goals.
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, electronic media, and/or face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Coordinate client needs with Sales team to ensure the retention and expansion of assigned clients.
  • Consistently and appropriately apply defined prescriptive events to facilitate and monitor client engagement and success.
    • Monitor and analyze client consumption and utilization of company products. Educate client on results and consult on possible improvements.
    • Continually capture and monitor client business drivers to ensure the optimal solution set-up to successfully achieve client business goals.
    • Be proactive and provide consistent communication with clients to ensure progress against objectives and to keep clients notified of changes through regularly scheduled communications.
    • Encourage client participation in company initiatives such as webinars, client conferences and product feedback.
  • Assist to develop and deliver Sessions for Success and Communities events.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years' equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2+ years Clinical and Operational Business experience in Wound Care
  • REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Salesforce or equivalent
  • Communication Software Suite

Work Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience working with the FOTO application
  • 5+ years’ experience working with C-Level executives and staff
  • 5+ years’ experience navigating large and complex client relationships for successful outcomes

Salary Range: $58,400 -$73,000
