Job Purpose:

Analysis of the analytical method validation, finished products, stability, validation, NPI and tracking of products at different analysis stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analytical method validation of NPI products, Analysis of semi-finished/Finished, stability products and release on priority to meet the production schedule.
• Analysis of the market complaints & NPL Batches.
• Perform testing of process validation samples of new and existing products
• Perform testing of cleaning validation samples.
• To resolve instrument problem, to ensure fast and accurate analysis.
• To maintain logbooks.
• To maintain GLP.
• Active role in monitoring daily analysis report of the finished goods testing lab
• To review product technical descriptions.
• To review standardization logbooks & analytical data.
• Active role in managing laboratory OOS & Atypical results as well as trending.
• To check & maintain analytical data in system & generate CoA’s.
• Training of new analysts.
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Act as the area EHS Risk Assessor and leads the risk assessment team in respective area and must be trained and competent in risk management as per LSOP for EHS risk assessment.
• Actively support timely completion of site DI plan deliverables, participate in DI forums, serve as a DI POC, and share DI communications with team via DI Talk.
• Identify opportunities to improve process & documentation to strengthen DI controls over data vulnerabilities for 100% DI compliance culture at site.
• Lead the investigation of deviations reported in the ownership of relevant Value Stream and ensure that all deviations are closed within the established timelines.
• Ensure that eDM elements of Rapid Response and Real Time Investigation are met for the deviations in the ownership of relevant Value Stream.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

• Pharm D/ MSc Chemistry
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Control (QC) lab environment preferably within pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical skills
• EHS knowledge
