This job in a nut shell

We are currently looking for a person who will manage a team of Business Development Managers (4 ppl) in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales with a proven track record of success; experience in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Sales Methodologies: knowledge of various sales methodologies and consultative selling.
  • Leadership Skills: demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Strategic and Negotiation Skills: strong strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve company targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
