Key Responsibilities
  • Diary Management: Oversee and manage the LMS training diary for all staff and associate trainers.
  • Booking Coordination: Process booking requests for in-company training and manage provisional bookings.
  • Venue Management: Arrange external venues for public training courses.
  • Availability Reporting: Generate reports for public and e-learning course availability.
  • First Point of Contact: Handle all training operations queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operational Support: Manage purchase order numbers for associate trainers and external venues.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Exam Invigilation: Assist in supervising examinations both on and off-site.

Requirements

  • Experience: Strong background in administration, diary management, and operational support.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to adhere to structured processes and procedures while managing multiple tasks.
  • Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment while taking initiative.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Detail-Oriented: Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
