In this position, you will leverage your bilingual skills to provide exceptional service and support to our French Canadian clients, ensuring they have a seamless and satisfying experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customer inquiries in both French Canadian and English.
Resolve customer issues effectively while delivering outstanding service.
Provide accurate product information and guidance tailored to customer needs.
Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Fluency in both French Canadian and English is essential.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software programs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving ability with a keen attention to detail.
Commitment to delivering superb customer experiences.
