REVIT Architect (Multiple Project Type Experience) | Permanent WFH

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect with strong Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) experience. The ideal candidate must possess proficiency in Revit and have expertise in designing multiple project types. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of spatial planning, and the ability to translate concepts into innovative and functional designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect.
• 5+ years of design experience
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience in Commercial, Multifamily, Office, Hospitality projects.
• Demonstrated experience in Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours
