Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Korean Content Editor & Writer with expertise in cryptocurrency and technology. This role will be responsible for writing, translating, localizing, and optimizing content for our KR projects, while also managing a team of writers to ensure high editorial standards.

Core Tasks:

  • Content Writing & Editing – Write, edit, and proofread cryptocurrency and technology articles to ensure clarity, accuracy, and SEO optimization.

  • Translation & Localization – Adapt English content into culturally relevant Korean content, ensuring natural fluency and industry-specific terminology.

  • Content Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute a content plan aligned with SEO and editorial goals to increase organic traffic.

  • Writer Recruitment & Management – Hire, onboard, and manage a team of 2-3 freelance writers while providing guidance on editorial standards and SEO best practices.

  • SEO Optimization – Conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO strategies, and track performance for improved rankings.

  • Quality Assurance – Maintain high editorial standards, ensuring consistency in tone, accuracy, and formatting.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with SEO & Marketing teams to brainstorm content ideas and share industry insights.

Essential Requirements:

The candidate must be fluent in both Korean(native) and English, with proven experience in content writing, editing, and SEO for the Korean market. Strong editorial skills, including grammar, punctuation, and formatting, are required. The ability to develop content strategies and manage writers is essential. The candidate should be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting while having a deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 industries.

Nice to have Requirements

  • Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems.

  • Experience in data analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

  • Knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto market trends.
