NeoGenomics is looking for a ServiceNow Manager who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a remote position with a Monday – Friday day shift.

Position Summary:

The Manager, ServiceNow will lead a team focused on ensuring the stability and efficiency of the NeoGenomics’ ServiceNow platform. In this hands-on role, this position will work directly with the team to handle application maintenance, manage platform support, and integrate and maintain new technologies. The Manager, ServiceNow will also oversee and coordinate the efforts of external resources and play a critical role in ServiceNow software releases. Strong technical skills are crucial for effectively managing routine configuration and enhancement requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team dedicated to maintaining the NeoGenomics’ ServiceNow platform
    Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
  • Oversee and participate in the ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
  • Ensure the platform’s stability and performance through regular updates and issue resolution
  • Manage instance security, user/group access lists
  • Manage and address support incidents related to ServiceNow applications
  • Implement and oversee incident response and resolution processes

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience with administration, configuration, and scripting on the ServiceNow platform
  • 5+ years of experience in IT environment
  • ServiceNow Certification Strongly Preferred
  • Experience in successfully managing a team of analysts
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, performing day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance on the ServiceNow platform across all modules and applications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employee service centers, IT, NOW mobile, Employee Data Management, Workplace Service Delivery, Strategic Portfolio Management, and CMDB modules
  • Ability to perform core ServiceNow configuration tasks such as creating workflow, configuring alerts and notifications
