Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for driving key design decisions, improving system performance, and contributing to the architecture of the platform. You are also expected to coach and mentor more junior engineers, helping to elevate the team’s overall technical capabilities.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions on time. Additionally, ensure having a clear understanding of customer needs to deliver cohesive user experience
  
• Provide guidance within the team, support in defining the technical direction and ensuring engineering best practices are followed
  
• Collaborating with designers and other devs to create a cohesive user experience
  
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Enforce coding standards and best practices, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, etc
  
• Staying on top of software development trends, best practices and industry standards
  
• Act as a mentor to more junior team members, providing guidance on technical and career growth, while helping the team resolve complex technical issues
  
• Take ownership of the quality and performance of the software your team builds, ensuring it meets high standards and drives business objectives.
  
  

✔️ What we expect from you

• 5 + years of experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
  
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript
  
• Solid experience with Git and GitHub
  
• Experience with NodeJs or any other backend platform
  
• Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, and code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  
• Eye for detail when it comes to responsive design and accessibility
  
• Eagerness to learn new languages and frameworks (Elixir and Phoenix LiveView)
  
• A deep commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture
  
• Experience with Elixir/Phoenix LiveView or any functional programming language is a plus
  
• CI/CD know-how (GitHub Actions, etc.) is a plus
  
• Knowledge of Unit and End-to-End Testing
  
• Experience with TailwindCSS and Figma is a plus
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
  
• Previous experience in iGaming is a plus.
