About the Role:
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Shared Services teams by providing strategic financial insights and fostering strong, collaborative business partnerships. You will work closely with the Commercial Finance Director to lead key financial functions such as revenue reporting, forecasting, and strategic business partnering. This includes partnering with various departments to drive performance, enhance efficiency, and support sustainable growth.
You will ensure accurate and data-driven analysis that aligns with the company’s strategic goals. By providing sound financial advice and oversight, you will contribute to the overall success of Envato, helping the business make informed decisions that drive value and impact.
This is a 12-month, fixed-term position designed to provide crucial support during a dynamic period of growth and transformation at Envato.
What you'll be doing:Collaborate with Shared Services teams to provide financial insights, support business decisions, and drive performance.Support and enhance revenue reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and relevance for business needs.Partner with various departments, including finance, operations, and technology, to develop and execute strategies that optimise financial outcomes.Deliver commercial analysis and actionable insights that enable data-driven decisions, directly contributing to improved business outcomes and strategic growth opportunities.Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Analyse business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.Drive process improvements and efficiencies, to enhance decision-making and streamline financial operations.Be aware and accountable to your responsibilities in relation to workplace health and safety obligations. About you:Strong commercial acumen with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Exceptional business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Proven experience in managing financial processes and improving outcomes within a global, dynamic environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.Experience in process improvement and driving change in fast-paced, scaling organisations.CPA/CA Qualified with 5+ years of relevant experience.Some of the great things we offer
