Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports

Monthly reconciliation of assets and liabilities including bank reconciliations, prepaid, accruals and various journal entries

Monthly analysis of revenue and expense account variances to budget and forecast, including narratives

Collaborate with Account Receivable and Account Payable departments to ensure accuracy of the Financial Statements

A key business partner meeting with various department managers on a regular basis to assist them with budget management

Preparation of the budgets/forecasts of various divisions

Preparation of specific annual audit working papers and liaise with auditors

Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

5+ years of financial analysis, reporting and forecasting experience is required

A certified professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel abilities

Proficiency in GSuite

NetSuite experience an asset

Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
