About the team

We are looking for and experienced Product Researcher to join our small, close-knit product research team that's part of a larger Research community in a bigger organization. You will be reporting to the Product Research Manager. The Product Researcher will understand and advocate for our users, ensuring their needs shape our product development. Your role will involve planning, conducting, analyzing, and reporting on user research while working closely with designers, product managers, and product analysts to integrate insights into the design and development process.

We are looking for a strong individual contributor who can independently manage the entire research process—from defining goals to delivering impactful results. You can synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and collaborate with PMs and business stakeholders to identify opportunities. You will bring strategic thinking and business acumen, understanding how their research connects to our goals, revenue, and overall success.

This position can be remote within Poland. You must be based and eligible to work in Poland and available to occasionally travel for research or team meeting purposes.

What you will be doing:
  • You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research (usability studies, interviews, surveys, ethnography, competitive analysis) and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • You will create research deliverables: Create personas, customer journeys, and insight-opportunity frameworks to bring research to life.
  • You will work with designers, product managers, and developers to incorporate research findings into product design and roadmaps.
  • You will communicate and be an active user experience advocate by presenting insights in an engaging manner, create reports/workshops, and advocate for user experience in product decisions.
  • You will utilize research and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and stay updated on industry trends and methodologies.

  • Who we are looking for:
  • Minimum 5 years in UX/Product/Design Research with strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
  • Someone that independently manages end-to-end research projects, translate findings into actionable insights, and use relevant research tools (e.g., Maze).
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills: Scope projects, align goals, ensure engagement, and maintain clear communication.
  • Strong problem-solver, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team; familiarity with user-centred design and future visioning.
  • Fluent in Polish and English; knowledge of Portuguese, Ukrainian, or Romanian is a plus.
  • Ideally you are familiar with Monetisation testing methodology such as Willingness to Pay (WTP) research (e.g., Van Westendorp, Gabor-Granger, Conjoint Analysis)
