About the Role
Donegal Insurance Group is always looking for talented interns to join our team during the summer break, from mid-May through the end of August.
Our internship(s) are full-time, paid positions designed to help students apply what they have learned in the classroom to the insurance industry along with exploring possible career paths within our organization.
Potential internship opportunities (but not limited) could be in one of the following departments:
During the internship, our summer intern(s) will work on projects developed by the supervisor/mentor in addition to completing department specific tasks. Whichever department the internship may be in though, our interns will gain valuable, career-specific work experience applicable to their desired area of study.
Current college students interested in working in a fast-paced, team environment while also being exposed to various areas of the property and casualty insurance industry are strongly encouraged to apply.

Work Arrangement
Donegal Insurance Group has a variety of positions that are either onsite, hybrid, or remote. With each department and position being different, the work arrangement for a specific position will be reviewed with candidates during a initial phone screening.
