Granicus is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing email marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing results, and continuously improving our strategies to increase engagement and conversions
What Your Impact Will Look Like HereDevelop and Execute Campaigns: Create and implement email marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.Design and Copywriting: Design email layouts, write effective copy, and ensure messages are sent in proper form and template.List Management: Build and maintain a segmented email list, ensuring it is clean, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy laws.Performance Tracking: Track and analyze campaign results, adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance.Quality Assurance: Test emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling, ensuring each email is optimized for deliverability and mobile viewing.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure email marketing campaigns align with their goals and maintain brand consistency.Lead Generation: Create and implement lead generation programs to increase the company's subscriber base.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing to optimize campaign effectiveness.Reporting: Assess metrics and campaign performance, generating reports for management review.Scheduling: Manage the email calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.You will love this job if you haveExperience: A marketing professional with 1+ years of relevant experience.Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with email marketing software (e.g., Marketo). Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CSS, and HTML.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.Project management experience.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI is a plus.
