ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist with 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking support, providing a friendly and approachable presence. Â

As an HR Generalist, you will assist in various administrative tasks, from maintaining our HR system to helping coordinate employee medical examinations. You will play a key role in preparing reports and supporting learning and development initiatives, making a real impact on our teamâs growth and success.Â
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Employee Support:Â
Â
- Managing general inquiries and providing HR administrative support via the ticketing system, ensuring requests are addressed and redirected as needed.
Â
Administrative Support:Â
Â
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with legal standards.
- Maintain HR files and documentation, helping to keep employee information accurate and up to date.
- Assisting in the preparation of employee certifications as required.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Assist in the organisation of occupational health examinations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Help organise administrative processes related to HR matters, including training.

Compliance and Reporting:Â

- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
- Support the collection and updating of necessary documents for compliance with labour legislation.Â

Learning and Development Administration:Â

- Support the coordination of training and development activities, assisting in the administration of training sessions.

HR Data Analysis and Reporting:Â
Â
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports, providing insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
