This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week), Thursday to Monday 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM, 1 hr unpaid break |  Nevada PST

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries during evening and weekend hours, providing exceptional support and troubleshooting for telecommunications services
  • Utilize advanced mapping tools to quickly confirm service availability for potential customers, enhancing the sales process
  • Generate and send accurate sales quotes through Hubspot CRM, ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries
  • Conduct strategic outbound sales calls during slower periods, maximizing productivity and driving revenue growth
  • Perform targeted customer retention calls to strengthen client relationships and reduce churn
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
  • Maintain meticulous customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and facilitating seamless handovers to the daytime team
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across all shifts
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telecommunications sales or customer support, with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Sales and Customer support experience required
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, and the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for turning service interactions into revenue opportunities
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Enthusiasm for telecommunications technology and a commitment to staying current with industry developments
