Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities
:
  • Manage and organize schedules, including client appointments and business-related events
  • Handle client information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain comprehensive business records
  • Assist with general organizational tasks to improve business efficiency
  • Support basic invoicing processes as needed
  • Potentially assist with basic social media tasks in the future

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems or willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (a plus)

Scope:

  • Manage and update client database
  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments
  • Assist in preparing and sending client communications
  • Handle basic administrative correspondence
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of organizational systems
  • Potential to assist with basic social media tasks and marketing support in the future
  • Monday to Friday, 1am to 5pm Pacific
