Job description

This is a remote position.

Objective:
To ensure the smooth and efficient execution of projects and social media initiatives by staying organized, managing communications, and taking proactive action to achieve company goals.

Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee various projects from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resolve any challenges.

2. Social Media Support:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining effective social media content strategies.
  • Schedule, post, and monitor content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

3. Communication:

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Draft, edit, and respond to emails professionally.
  • Ensure timely and proactive updates on project statuses and activities.

4. Organizational Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
  • Organize and maintain files, project documentation, and online storage systems.
  • Conduct research to support project planning and execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

5. Administrative Assistance:

  • Handle general administrative duties, including personal assistant tasks as needed.
  • Assist with travel bookings, logistics coordination, and expense tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication: Fluent written and verbal English skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn and use project management, social media, and course-building platforms.
  • Creativity & Design: Basic Canva skills for content creation.
  • Research Skills: Ability to conduct project research and gather relevant insights.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong document and file organization abilities.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

  • Marketing & Digital Expertise: Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Travel Coordination: Ability to manage travel bookings and logistics efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of WordPress and website configuration.
