Job description

About Us:

CyberMSI is a US-based company providing Managed Extended Detection and Response (XDR) cybersecurity services to help organizations avoid business disruptions caused by cyberattacks. As a Microsoft full-stack cybersecurity partner, we specialize in Microsoft’s cloud security, data protection, identity threat detection & response, security exposure management, and compliance products to serve our customers’ cybersecurity challenges powered by Gen AI and our expert insights.

We are seeking an IT/Cybersecurity Project Management Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to act as a liaison between our customers’ IT operations teams and our internal Security Operations Center (SOC), engineering, and management teams. This role is critical in ensuring projects and assignments are well-scoped, tasks are clearly defined, and assignments are completed on time. You will play a central role in driving communication, task management, and project accountability across teams.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the point of contact between customer IT operations teams and our internal SOC, engineering, and management teams.
  • Lead weekly customer meetings to review project status, document key updates, and track action items.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
  • Scope assignments effectively, ensuring clear task definitions, realistic timelines, and alignment with project goals.
  • Assign, monitor, perform and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and issue trackers.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or roadblocks to project completion, as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support effective collaboration.

What you'll bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity project management role.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations, cybersecurity concepts, and project management fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in M365 software suite.
  • Experience working directly with SOCs or cybersecurity teams is highly preferred.

What we’ll offer:

  • Market-leading base pay and annual performance-based bonuses.
  • Flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive benefits such as Health allowance, technology reimbursements, paid vacation, and holidays.
  • Ongoing professional training and certification reimbursement.
  • Accelerated career progression working for our global team and customers across three continents in 30+ countries.
