Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative I is responsible for assisting patients, care sites, and vendors with a variety of questions and issues involving the patient account. Investigates and works with internal and external partners to resolve errors or issues with insurance or billing related questions.This is a 100% remote position however, currently we are unable to consider candidates for remote opportunities in the following states: California, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut and Washington.
Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
EDUCATION
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent or Qualifying Experience.
Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

EXPERIENCE
Required: One (1) Year of experience in customer service, collections, or call center environment.
Preferred: Three (3) Years of experience in customer service, collections or call center environment.
