Responsibilities:

• Audit and invoice for transportation and accessorial services
• Issue and send invoices to customers
• Understand and interpret client and agent contracts and rate schedules as needed
• Analyze, distribute and process revenue
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and client
• Upload customer invoices into web portal or database
• Communicate with operations and accounting staff regarding billing issues
• Create and update spreadsheets for customer billings a

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years experience in billing / accounting
• Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
• Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow through
• Strong Word and Excel skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision
