Investigations Insights Manager

Insights Investigations is a program of Global Investigations.  Global Investigations is the internal investigative arm of Resilience that sits under the Office of General Counsel (OGC).  Its mission is to keep Nike safe by investigating criminal acts and serious misconduct. The Insights program helps to identify and mitigate risk and other serious misconduct by proactively identifying cases, trends and schemes. Internal investigations not only safeguard Nike’s employees, facilities, and assets; they also identify the causal factors of the matter investigated and the corrective action necessary to predict and prevent future occurrences, thereby mitigating potential threats and minimizing risks.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for an Investigations Insights Manager to join our dynamic Investigations team at Nike World Headquarters. This role will ensure operational support and management of caseload by assisting with Investigations, helping to identify policy violations, fraudulent behavior and working closely with the team to ensure efficiency. The Manager will help ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, as well as monitoring our data/dashboards, which will require strong Excel/Data Analytics skills.  This role will help manage case referrals, assist with program strategy and determine best approach to seek resolution, convey information, meet deadlines, and accomplish priorities by using own initiative, judgment, and broad business knowledge. This role must be able to assist in investigating highly confidential situations and provide recommended solutions using standard procedures and Investigative standards. 

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

If you like Investigations, you will serve as a central point of contact for Investigations and respond tactfully and promptly to inquiries and investigation related questions. This role must be able to assist in managing our Insights inbox and Resolver cases to make sure we are staying on track and managing our data to give us the best possible reporting.  This role will be ensuring quality of data and analytics and access for team, while also seeking out new data sources and procuring for monitoring.  This role will be working with stakeholders to understand processes and will also be investigating highly confidential situations and provide recommended solutions using standard procedures and Investigative standards. 

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will be working on the Investigations Insights team, reporting to the Sr. Investigations Insights Manager. This role will help to support the Investigations team and partner with our internal stakeholders such as HR, ER, LP, DLP and Nike Legal. 

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training

• 3+ years in professional work experience in Investigation Analytics

• Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism as position interacts with upper-level management and able to provide indirect team leadership

• Ability to provide guidance, support and direction regarding cases and accuracy in completing case work and referrals to our stakeholders.

• Ability to serve as a team lead to train, help set strategy and monitor and encourage team goals are met.

• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software programs.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and use discretion in dissemination of information.

• Must be able to work independently as well as thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment.
