WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an Brand Experience & Athlete Experience Professional who will provide industry leading service to our Nike sponsored athletes across EMEA. This will include managing our athlete service space in Berlin and executing against athlete product & styling service needs. The candidate should be proactive, collaborative and detail oriented.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role you will be responsible for executing Sport Marketing Service strategies related to athlete visits and product & styling services. For athlete visits, this includes scheduling and hosting athletes in our Berlin service space. For product & styling services, this includes understanding an athlete’s style profile and ensuring the appropriate product is available, arrives on time, then is delivered seamlessly to the athlete. You will be expected to elevate our overall service by being an exceptional teammate, building strong knowledge of our products, working closely with various cross-functional partners, proactively seeking out ways to implement best practices, and solving problems quickly and efficiently. Essential to your success will be a superior organizational ability, high-level verbal and written communication skills, and the capacity to build deep and meaningful partnerships.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report into the Germany SM Brand Experience Manager, but also work extremely closely with our EMEA Athlete Experience Manager, our EMEA Brand Experience Director, and Athlete Reps to prioritize athletes and ensure our Geo Service strategy comes to life.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Prior work experience in sports marketing, marketing, brand marketing or planning
- Proven ability of working successfully with high profile Athletes in a professional environment
- Exceptional communication and relationship - building. Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationship with athletes and team members. You are skilled at engaging with diverse audiences, fostering collaboration, and maintaining positive, productive partnership across sports marketing landscape.
- Ability to select product for athletes based on their style profile
- Proven ability to collaborate with a wide range of cross functional partners
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English, with excellent facilitation and presentations skills.
- Passionate about Nike products, styling, and providing best in class service to Athletes
