What You Will Do:
- Work with Lead Solution Architect to forward engineer .net applications for modernization.
- Schedule and facilitate Requirement Elicitation sessions with Internal/External resources and IT teams to convey the Business need and to identify gaps, impacts and requirements for each impacted area.
- Analyze and interpret Functional and Non-Functional requirements and impacts using information provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
- Create and manage Business Requirement collateral relevant to each SDLC stage.
- Create collateral such as reference docs, user guides, etc. in support of the products and solutions
- Document functional requirements and determine complexity of work for applicable projects
- Formulate and define Business Requirements & Use Cases
- Work with cross-functional client stakeholders.
- Research, gather, articulate, refine and document business/technical requirements
- Work with TSQL, SQL and Office Tools to create business requested data / reports
- Acts as a liaison between Developers, Operations, and Product Management
- Prepare Help/Support Documentation
Skills and Experience You Will Need:
Required:
- 7+ years of Business or Systems Analysis experience, including work on large, complex software modernization and transformation projects
- Management consulting experience
- Strong SQL skills; including writing complex queries using commands such as SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, HAVING, and various data aggregation functions to extract and manipulate data effectively.
- Strong technical background with experience in Software Development teams, Agile methodologies, and the SDLC.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, Clarity, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to work effectively with globally dispersed teams.
- Previous Business Analyst experience in a financial software/service development company; preference is 5+ years experience in the Financial Services Industry
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science Degree

- Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
