HR Acuity is a seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. We are seeking a creative team player to lead our content strategy and execution.
In this exciting new role, the Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the company to lead the creative and written development of strategic content that reinforce our brand value and drive revenue. This role is ideal for an experienced writer with a keen eye for data-driven insights who has experience owning end-to-end content development and execution. Successful candidates are passionate about the editorial process, research, collaborating with others, crafting compelling briefs, data-driven experimentation and writing.

The Opportunity:
- Create and optimize content that converts and can be leveraged to increase organic search engine positioning.
- Develop an overarching content strategy and execute short and long form content to nurture prospects through the buyer's journey.
- Collaborate on research-driven writing projects, with the ability to seamlessly weave data into written pieces to validate the point and improve impact.
- Manage content calendar.
- Identify, develop and design marketing offers (including emails, articles, ebooks, videos, case studies, testimonials, infographics and blogs) to address gaps in our content strategy.
- Leverage analytics to understand messaging effectiveness and implement new tactics to improve.
- Leverage analytics to understand what content is resonating with our audience and evolve content plan to support audience needs.
- Collaborate with other teams – including others in Marketing, Sales and Customer Success – to ensure our content is performing based on business objectives and key results.
- Deeply understand challenges and topics that are important to Employee Relations leaders and practitioners.
Qualifications:
- Min 4 years (4-5 preferred) B2B content writing experience within a marketing team.
- Experience in HR Tech preferred.
- Proven understanding of SEO best practices around keyword research.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others to develop compelling content.
- Proven ability to clearly and graciously communicate and receive feedback.
- Proven ability to cite evidence in decision-making, including marketing trends, marketing KPIs and feedback from GTM stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Wordpress, Asana or similar.
- Proven understanding of conversion rate optimization best practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related Communications field or relevant work experience.

Perks and Benefits:
Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $78,000 to $110,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
