Job description

About Fundraise Up

We build a fundraising platform called Fundraise Up. Our goal is to be the fastest and easiest way for donors to support nonprofit organizations. We invent new ways to speed up loading times, increase conversion rates, accept multiple payment methods, and more. Each month, people from around the world donate tens of millions of dollars through our forms.

Some of the world’s largest nonprofits trust Fundraise Up for their fundraising needs. UNICEF (the best-known United Nations charity) manages its entire online fundraising through our platform. The same goes for Barack Obama, the Alzheimer’s Association, and many others. Our rating on the top software review platforms is 4.9 out of 5.

We operate in the enterprise segment. Our clients span the globe, with a primary concentration in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia.

  • Product Launches – Plan and execute internal and external launches for new features or products.
  • Sales Enablement – Train and equip Sales with compelling collateral, competitor comparisons, and clear objection handling.
  • Competitive Analysis – Track market trends and competitor moves to inform strategy.
  • Customer Marketing – Drive upsells, cross-sells, and retention through targeted product messaging.
  • Metrics Definition – Develop and refine the KPIs that measure product marketing success.
Key Goals
  • Increase conversion at each stage of the funnel.
  • Accelerate sales and raise the win rate.
  • Ensure internal teams and customers clearly understand the product’s value.
Metrics & KPIs
  • Win Rate – Won deals versus competitors.
  • Sales Cycle – Time from opportunity to close.
  • Attach/Upsell Rate – Frequency of additional modules or upgrades purchased.
  • Feature Adoption – How quickly new product features are embraced.
  • Sales Enablement Score – Feedback from Sales on training and resources.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • 10+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience guiding a SaaS company from $20M to $100M ARR.
  • Skilled at building and managing a data-driven marketing function.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
