Job Description
As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping teams ship value to the hands of our customers faster by optimizing workflows, integrating productivity tools, and leading automation initiatives.
Your work will directly contribute to reducing time to market, improving operational efficiency, and streamlining value delivery from ideation to production.
This role will focus on integrating key platforms such as Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery), ChatGPT, Loom, Slack, Microsoft 365, and automation tools to eliminate inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance visibility across teams.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot tool-related issues, simplify workflows, and implement automation and AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity and accelerate value delivery across the business.
So, what will your new role look like?
- Configuring and optimizing productivity tools and automation to ensure efficient use and smooth workflows.
- Driving adoption of key platforms to help teams collaborate asynchronously and reduce inefficiencies.
- Ensure teams ship faster by proactively identifying dependencies, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across the delivery lifecycle.
- Exploring emerging technologies, particularly in automation and AI, to further simplify operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure teams fully leverage our productivity tools and resolve any technical issues that arise.
A typical week?
- Identify priorities with the team to ensure alignment and address immediate tooling needs to meet our objectives.
- Address needs by configuring and optimizing productivity tools and automation, while troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Identify inefficiencies in product development, engineering processes, and business operations in order to prioritize and address them effectively.
- Monitor business productivity efficiency, adoption rates, tool usage, and the impact of workflow changes on delivery efficiency, providing data-driven recommendations for further optimizations and helping leadership make informed decisions.

What are the next challenges awaiting your team?
- Cohesive Tool Adoption: One of the biggest challenges will be driving the cohesive adoption of productivity tools like Atlassian products, ChatGPT, and Slack across all departments, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Streamlining the Value Stream: Another major challenge is optimizing the internal value stream, from idea generation through to product delivery, by identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Leveraging AI for Process Automation: The integration of AI-driven and automation technologies is an ongoing challenge. Your team will be tasked with piloting and scaling these solutions to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and accelerate business processes.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and managing various tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Zapier, or other big platforms and automation tools);
- Analyze business processes and value streams, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions;
- Work across teams, understand their challenges and develop solutions that foster effective communication and collaboration, especially in an asynchronous environment;
- Problem-solving and innovation: tackling complex problems with creative, technology-driven solutions and implementing cutting-edge tools;
- Strong ability to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring seamless business operations and minimal downtime.
- Experience working with Product departments will be considered a plus.
