Program Overview: 

Week 1-2: Orientation and Onboarding 

Day 1: Welcome and Introduction 

o Welcome session 

o IT setup and system orientation 

o Icebreakers and team-building activities 

o Overview of the company culture and values 

Day 2-3: Company Overview 

o Presentations from various departments 

o Overview of company structure and hierarchy 

o Introduction to software development teams 

o Goal alignment: Identifying interests 

Day 4-5: Onboarding and Setup 

o Assessments: Personality and technical skills 

o Introduction to project management tools 

o Overview of development environments 

Day 5-9: Networking Sessions 

o Pairing of buddies: Interns join development teams 

o Lunches or coffee with various teams 

o Networking events with company leaders 

o Introduction to other departments 

o Collaborative coding: Shared keyboard coding 

Day 10: Team Building - Internship Fun Event 

Week 3-10: Technical Training 

Week 3: Technical Workshops

o Workshops with principals 

o Agile methodology 

o How to have crucial conversations 

o One-on-one meetings with Director of Delivery begin 

Week 4-10 

o In-depth training on relevant programming languages (Buddy's training) o Version control systems (e.g., Git) 

o Introduction to the company's tech stack 

o Assigning items to interns in sprint/project work 

o Hands-on coding and collaboration 

o Collaborative coding: Shared keyboard coding 

o Regular check-ins and mentoring sessions with assigned buddies and one-on-one  meetings with Director of Delivery 

Week 10-13: Skill Enhancement and Presentations 

Skill Enhancement 

o Workshops on advanced topics 

o Soft skills development (communication, teamwork) 

Thinktank Project Presentations - Combined Solution Across Internship Program 

o We'll have user feedback from the market (take something lower risk and see what  solution the interns come up with based on user feedback). Ask them to tell us how  to make it better, and have them do some of the work on the solution.
