Summary: Inbound Transportation is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, Data Entry
Specialist
The Responsibilities You Will Have in this Role

Responsible for the data entry of routing requests from our vendor booking system into our Order Management System (OMS).
Organizing routing requests and sending to carrier partners for shipment assignments.
Managing new user account setup in our vendor booking system.
Maintaining an organized file of shipment data to ensure entries are complete and accurate.
Adhering to data management best practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
Working closely with transportation planning analysts to support the flow of goods from our domestic vendors.

The Skills that will Make You Successful

A high school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist.
Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships; you will collaborate with many of our external strategic partners: vendors and carriers.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent typing skills and experience working with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.
