Job description

Direct or Temp Hire: Temporary Hire

Job Title: Project Management Specialist

Location: 100% REMOTE

Duration: Till 12/31/2025 possibility to be extended into 2026

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday - 8am – 5pm

max 32.8 hours per week

Minimum Education: BS/BA degree

Core Responsibilities:

· Ensure that all packaging artwork flows efficiently through the artwork production process. Coordinates and facilitates artwork approvals through team communication/ flow of information

· Monitor, execute and oversee the day-to-day routing and approval of all packaging artwork in Colgate's artwork approval/project management system, ensuring completion of all required tasks by all cross-functional teams is met within the allotted KPI's, and that timeline milestones are maintained and file to printer dates are met. Alerts leadership of delays and makes recommendations for mitigation steps

· Provide accurate and complete technical artwork direction/scope for each required artwork into the workflow tool for the artwork provider

· Review each round of the artwork mechanical proofing and confirm its readiness to present prior to routing through cross-functional teams for review

· Review, interpret and clarify feedback from cross-functional teams in each round of mechanical proofs posted in workflow tool prior to return of mechanical proofs to the artwork provider.

· Provide training and guidance to new and existing users of the global artwork approval system. Participate in the development of formal tools and training, delivering as needed

· Coordinate resolution to issues / inconsistencies in artwork approval feedback by cross-functional partners and external artwork providers and printers, elevating to Global Packaging Design Execution Manager as needed.

· Support artwork process continuous improvement projects

· Lead weekly status calls with artwork provider(s)

Experience & Education:

· 2+ years of experience in artwork trafficking, project management, or artwork production

· BS/BA degree

Needed Skills:

· Excellent prioritization, follow-up, attention to detail, and organizational skills

· Very Strong knowledge of artwork trafficking and approval processes

· Very strong workflow tool usage skills Strong project management skills

· Strong relationship building

· Strong capabilities in continuous improvement

· Basic knowledge of design software applications [Photoshop, Illustrator]

· Basic design sensibility: Ability to assess whether a design/artwork adheres to pre-established brand packaging guidelines.
