Position Overview
RecruitGo is in search of a Social Media Specialist based in the Philippines who will be working with our client based in Australia. Our client is an end-to-end service provider of top-notch I.T. Solutions alongside Digital Marketing services for businesses of all sizes.
Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who can collaborate with other team members and can stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the agency's client's business goals and target audience.
· Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
· Manage and schedule posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
· Analyze social media data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative approaches.
· Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and copywriters, SEO specialists, web designers, sales, and marketing to create cohesive social media content and social media advertising.
· Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and other data analytics software.
· Perform similar tasks above in relation to the agency's own social media presence.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, including new platforms and tools, and implement these insights into strategies.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
· Experience: 3 years (intermediate wanting to be senior)
· The location of the candidate must be based in Manila.

● Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – PHP 40,000
● Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT
