Job description

Job Summary: As Talent & Development Partner on the People Team, you will drive our talent acquisition efforts and spearhead learning initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role focuses on employee recruitment, satisfaction, retention, and productivity by aligning programs with the organization’s culture and strategic goals. You will partner with the HR Director and People Operations Specialist on initiatives and special projects as needed. 

Report to: HR Director

Pay Range: The target base salary for this position is up to $80,000 with a company bonus. The final base salary will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s location, experience, skills, expertise, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.

Work Location: This role is 100% remote. While we prefer candidates based in the below city/states, we are open to considering candidates from other locations if you feel you meet the role’s qualifications. What You'll Do:

Recruiting:
  • Manage and optimize recruiting tools, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Source talent through various channels
  • Own the prescreening process, evaluating candidates to ensure alignment with TradeCentric values and needs
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring journey
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and hiring efficiency
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance the overall candidate experience

  • Learning and Development:
  • Design, develop, and facilitate learning programs that align with TradeCentric’s business goals and employee development needs
  • Implement onboarding initiatives that set new hires up for success
  • Develop engaging content and training materials for leadership development and professional growth
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning events
  • Measure and optimize learning programs to ensure impact, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and create career development pathways

  • Employee Engagement:
  • Collaborate with the People Team to support the design and execution of initiatives that energize the team, support employee well-being, and foster meaningful connections in both remote and in-person environments

  • Who You Are:
  • Experience in talent acquisition, learning & development, or HR in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate experience best practices, and hiring tools
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtual
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
