Your mission
- As an Organizational Change Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and guiding change initiatives for our customers in pharmaceutical R&D organizations, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, or structures.Â
- You will lead cross-functional teams through the change process, applying structured methodologies like the ADKAR framework to manage the people side of change, resulting in higher employee adoption and usage.
- By leveraging your strong communication skills, you will create transparency and engagement among stakeholders, ensuring alignment and minimizing resistance throughout the change process.
- You will work within the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on R&D, leading initiatives that optimize regulatory compliance and enhance operational efficiency.
