Job description

Your mission
  • As an Organizational Change Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and guiding change initiatives for our customers in pharmaceutical R&D organizations, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, or structures. 
  • You will lead cross-functional teams through the change process, applying structured methodologies like the ADKAR framework to manage the people side of change, resulting in higher employee adoption and usage.
  • By leveraging your strong communication skills, you will create transparency and engagement among stakeholders, ensuring alignment and minimizing resistance throughout the change process.
  • You will work within the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on R&D, leading initiatives that optimize regulatory compliance and enhance operational efficiency.
  • You will build and expand your knowledge of industry-specific challenges and regulatory landscapes through a hands-on approach, integrating change management strategies into the overall business process improvement goals.

Your profile
  • You have successfully completed a degree in organizational development or natural sciences.
  • With 5-8+ years of experience in organizational change management, you have gained significant experience in leading organizational change projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical R&D sector, and a proven track record of successfully implementing change initiatives.
  • You excel at story-telling and transforming complex, detailed information and stories into creative, impactful, and engaging messages through both text and visuals.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, or Pharmacovigilance is a plus, as well as familiarity with Pharma industry-specific requirements, processes, and systems.
  • You thrive in complex environments, are comfortable engaging with stakeholders from operational up to executive level, and have excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with German being a plus.
  • You have strong communication skills in English (German is a plus) and thrive in managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the bigger picture.
  • As a communicative team player, you can work effectively in a collaborative environment.
