Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm Hudson, MA Time with a 30-minute paid break

Position Overview:

The Media Coordinator will be responsible for editing and managing video and photo content for our clients. This role involves downloading media files from Dropbox, performing high-quality edits, and delivering the finished products through various channels including Dropbox, our website, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in video and photo editing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Download and organize raw media files (videos and photos) from Dropbox.

  • Edit video and photo content based on client specifications and project needs.

  • Upload finalized media files to Dropbox, our website, and designated social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

  • Ensure that all media adheres to company guidelines and meets the required quality standards.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver media on time.

  • Keep track of media delivery schedules and ensure timely uploads and submissions.



Requirements


  • Proven experience in video and photo editing using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools. (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially with respect to content uploading and management (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure consistency in quality across media.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Basic understanding of file formats, compression techniques, and media specifications for different platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) for uploading media.

  • Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and trends.

  • Basic graphic design skills to create engaging thumbnails or social media graphics.
