Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Project Description:

The client requires proven project and healthcare leadership with broad jurisdictional experience across multiple areas of clinical delivery and business functions to drive strategic and sustainable outcomes, enable the work of partner service delivery organizations, and provide centralized project functions.

Education

Governance and Board Competency Training (Finance). Proof of the training is requested with the response.

Requirements

Skill and Experience

·       10 years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering information systems and operational transformation projects.  The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.

·       7 years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering process improvement and patient safety healthcare initiatives that directly impact patient care. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 

·       5 years’ experience working with large teams of clinical stakeholders (50+) including front line clinicians, physicians, senior managers and executive leaders to implement clinical transformation projects with a provincial scope. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 

·       5 years’ experience creating communications strategies, plans, and key messaging for large scale organizational changes. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include experience relating to Children’s healthcare. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 

·       3 years’ experience leading community health and primary care projects focused on improving healthcare outcomes. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 

·       1 year of experience providing project management to improve physician administrative burden. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 1 year.  Examples should include specific details of work performed.

·       1 year of experience implementing cardiovascular health projects including strategic planning, and project delivery activities. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 

Mandatory Requirements

·       Valid PMP Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

·       Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

·       Master of Science degree. Proof of the degree shall be provided with the response.
