As part the Global Sales Operation organization, this position is focused on Enterprise Business Analytics that ensures the delivery of reporting, analytics & modeling used to enable better understanding of the business and support decision-making.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decision-making.
Assist in the implementation and optimization of AI models to enhance business intelligence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Work with IT on the different data source requirements
Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve data processes and outputs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Analytics.
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
Knowledge of SQL for database querying.
Basic understanding of AI concepts and their application in business intelligence.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and development.
Strong desire to collaborate with team members and other departments throughout the company
Understanding of data warehousing concepts

The annual pay range for this position is $87,400 - $139,600 USD

Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business. Please note that the pay range information provided in this posting pertains specifically to the primary location, which is the top location listed in case multiple locations are available.

Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
