What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our .NET/C# guild and lead the development of our microservices-based platform. This role also includes experience with front-end technologies, particularly React.js, to ensure that we build a seamless user experience across our platform.

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead a team of developers in designing and developing our microservices platform.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment.
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code, ensuring high-quality software design.
  • Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other team members within an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Work closely with the product team to design and implement features that meet customer needs.
  • Ensure system designs comply with specifications and best practices.
  • Investigate and present new technologies and alternatives for architectural review and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members and help them follow best practices.
  • Collaborate with delivery and customer support teams to implement successful customer solutions based on the platform you're developing.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end design and development of major components and microservices.

Requirements


  • At least 5 years of experience in server-side/enterprise application development.
  • Proven experience designing and developing server-side infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience with .NET/C# – required.
  • Solid understanding of clustering and microservices-based architectures – required.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment – required.
  • React.js experience – required (to help with front-end integration).
  • JAVA - huge advantage
  • Familiarity with Docker – an advantage.
  • Experience with Kubernetes – an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kiali – an advantage.
  • Ability to work according to industry standards and mentor team members in best practices.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading design and development of major components.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and motivate the team.
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-tasked environment.
  • Self-learner, passionate about exploring and adopting new technologies.
