Meet the team:

In this role, the Senior Product Manager for Health Systems and Programs will expand the impact of the Dexcom digital health and connected care ecosystem by identifying, prioritizing and commercializing middleware, remote patient monitoring (RPM) and B2B health program partners for Health System, Payor and Employer customers.

Where you come in:

  • You will identify, prioritize and commercialize middleware, RPM and health program partners for our Health System, Payor and Employer customers, working closely with the Managed Markets team
  • You will develop and maintain commercial relationships with the middleware, RPM and health program partners
  • You will collaborate on partner strategy, vision and product roadmap needs – ensuring Dexcom partner system features, functions and user experience are best-in-class and meet customer needs
  • You will develop and maintain deep, intimate knowledge about Dexcom customers (Health Systems, Payors and Employers) and competitors
  • You will define and lead market research and other discovery activities to uncover valuable unmet customer needs and proactive partner identification
  • You manage discipline around measurement and reporting of success, including Key Performance Indicators, for each partner
  • You will apply disciplined business analysis and strategy to drive the most impact to the business (revenue potential, market access, preference)

What makes you successful:

  • You bring domain expertise in Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Condition Management and Middleware integrations with Health Systems and IDNs
  • You have conceived, developed, launched and managed technical, consumer-facing products (medical devices, apps and/or software), through customer insights, user testing and data analysis.
  • You are a skilled collaborator and communicator who develops strong working relationships across a broad cross-section of stakeholders and partners.
  • You are skilled at planning, time management, and agility to lead others through change.
  • Domain expertise in diabetes, health care and health care reimbursement strongly preferred.
  • Experience with data enabled products, analytics, and AI preferred.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree preferred.

Travel Required:

  • 15-25%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
