Job description

Permanent Remote / Work-from-home / Full-Time
Graveyard Shift / Night Shift (at least 2 years of graveyard experience is a must)
Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000 + HMO Benefits with Maxicare
Holidays and PTO Leaves

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Management Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our properties. This role involves tenant communication, maintenance coordination, rental processing, and ensuring smooth property management functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of building occupancy and maintenance
- Communicate with tenants regarding property-related concerns and requests
- Coordinate with tenants and third-party vendors to address facility and maintenance needs
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop advertising materials
- Arrange property showings, conduct interviews, and process rental applications
- Conduct credit checks and process tenant applications
- Collect monthly rent payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with vendors for services such as maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, and security
- Investigate and help resolve tenant complaints, disturbances, and lease violations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties efficiently
- Proficiency in record-keeping and financial transactions
- Experience working with property management software is an advantage

Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
