Responsibilities

• Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media campaigns.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a sense of community.
• Email Marketing:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Create compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates.
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics to ensure targeted messaging.
  • Analyze email marketing performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Maintain email databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve email content and design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing and email marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret social media and email marketing metrics
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Application Software Knowledgeable/Required

• Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
