About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process and help them make informed decisions about their learning journey. This is a remote, part-time opportunity with potential for a full-time role based on performance. Candidates with a background in Learning & Development (L&D) or Communication Skills and Behavioral Training (CSBT) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential students via calls, emails, and chats to understand their aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
Explain course details, curriculum, and career opportunities to help candidates make informed decisions.
Assist applicants through the admission and enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates and meet admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and provide regular updates to the admissions team.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the student experience and address inquiries efficiently.

Requirements:

Background in Learning & Development (L&D) or Communication Skills and Behavioral Training (CSBT) is preferred.
