As a Working Student in Product Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our product team in the development, optimization, and operational processes. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products run efficiently and effectively. You’ll gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing your studies.

What you’ll be doing

Assist the Product Operations team in improving and maintaining product lifecycle processes (Release, Planning and Roadmapping processes).
Ensure our processes are well documented and accessible to all stakeholders
Drive the idea management process where customers can share ideas for improvement with us
Understand existing product management practices at Staffbase and collaborate with key stakeholders to improve them
Support the Product Operations team with ad hoc projects and tasks, including data analysis, research, and special assignments

What you need to be successful

Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Interest in product management and operations
Analytical mindset, comfortable with problem-solving and data analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus.
