By leveraging advanced technology and contextualized process data, they deliver highly accurate predictions and prescriptive interventions in the process industry. These solutions have resulted in significant savings across industries such as Cement, Metals, Paper, Energy, Chemicals, and Tyres.

We are seeking an Outcome Engagement Discovery Manager to lead business development efforts for new customer acquisition across the Americas. This role focuses on top-of-the-funnel activities such as lead generation, content distribution, and regional marketing campaigns to drive new business.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic marketer who excels in a fast-paced environment and can execute localized strategies aligning with both sales and marketing goals. As part of the Global Marketing Team, you'll directly contribute to our client's growth through regional initiatives targeting key industries.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation: Design and implement targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads and new business opportunities across the Americas.

Regional Marketing Campaigns: Manage the distribution of customized content across various channels to engage target audiences and drive conversions.

Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue objectives and enhance customer engagement throughout the sales journey.

Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute marketing events, including workshops, roundtables, and industry seminars, to raise brand awareness and foster relationships with prospective clients.

SEO & Regional Market Optimization: Develop and refine SEO strategies to increase brand visibility and improve engagement within specific regional markets.

Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.

Market & Competitive Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to adjust and improve marketing tactics.

Targeted Vertical Focus: Drive engagement in key sectors such as Steel, Cement, Paper, Aluminium, Tyres, Pharma, and Food & Beverage, tailoring strategies to address the unique needs of each industry.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: At least 5 years in business development, lead generation, or account-based marketing, preferably within the Industrial IoT, AI, or manufacturing sectors.

Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong background in content distribution, SEO, and lead-generation strategies to build awareness and create new business opportunities.

Event Management: Experience in planning and executing technical events like workshops, roundtables, and industry seminars to engage prospects and enhance brand presence.

Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficient in analyzing campaign data, performance metrics, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Collaboration & Communication: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams, and communicate strategies clearly to stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

Education: A Bachelorā€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; a Masterā€™s degree is a plus.
