Job Summary:

Join our team as an ATS Analytics Executive at Sperton, where you will play a pivotal role in optimising our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance recruitment processes and provide data-driven insights. Be part of a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Utilise analytical skills to interpret data from the ATS for recruitment performance measurement.
  • Develop comprehensive reports to guide recruiting strategies and enhance talent acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
ATS Optimisation
  • Maintain and optimise the functionality of the ATS to meet organisational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to users to maximise the system’s capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with HR managers to understand recruitment needs and challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and external partners.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and recruitment to streamline processes.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in HR technology and data analytics.
  • Propose and implement innovative ways to enhance the recruitment process using ATS analytics.
  • Monitor system updates and introduce necessary adjustments to improve system performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ATS or HR technology systems.
  • Proven track record of using data analysis to drive process improvements.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence software.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Understanding of key HR processes and compliance requirements.
Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
