The Adobe Solutions Consultant is responsible for leveraging their depth of knowledge of Adobe and its product landscape to help deliver on all things Adobe. This consultant will partner with Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Executives leadership to deliver on the strategic roadmap set forth by Rightpoint leaders.

 

What You’ll Be Do and The Impact You’ll Make:

  • Will be co-leading and guiding delivery teams to successfully execute all phases of Adobe platform projects 
  • Provide mentorship and training to internal teams, fostering expertise in Adobe RTCDP, Adobe AJO, and Marketo Engage
  • Act as a subject matter expert to resolve challenges related to Adobe technology and establish best practices for successful implementation
  • Collaborate with clients, Adobe sales teams, and Rightpoint business development leaders to function as our senior technology solution consultant and subject matter expert 
  • Recommend tailored solutions by identifying clients’ business needs and goals, defining technology use cases, and prioritizing desired outcomes
  • Design and deliver a strategic platform roadmap that aligns with client objectives and promotes adoption and realization of value and ROI
  • Anticipate and address project roadblocks, ensuring adherence to schedules and delivering excellence
  • Regularly conduct client discovery sessions, deliver platform demonstrations, and actively participate in sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Partner with Adobe representatives to endorse Rightpoint's thought leadership and drive co-branded opportunities
  • Offer strategic insights at the intersection of technology and business to unlock new opportunities for both clients and our agency

 

What We’d Love to See:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in deploying Adobe platforms, ensuring scalability, adaptability, and client satisfaction
  • Proven experience in senior management roles, overseeing delivery teams, and providing strategic direction
  • Leverage extensive platform knowledge of Adobe RTCDP, AJO, and Marketo Engage to provide practical implementations that ensure client success 
  • Collaboration with business development teams to define use cases that enhance the sales process and accelerate sales engagements
  • Adobe expert-level certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert in RTCDP, AJO, and Marketo Engage) are mandatory
  • Advanced platform knowledge to manage all aspects of Adobe technology, from systems integration to deployment and operation
  • Experience in developing partnerships with Adobe sales teams and other relevant stakeholders
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, trust, and loyalty
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Skilled in managing priorities across multiple projects without sacrificing quality
  • Passionate about staying ahead of marketing technology trends and driving innovation
