Responsibilities: 
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to the customer, driving conversations with business stakeholders that shape the architectural vision and establish a program direction.
  • Leverage business knowledge and product expertise in multiple clouds to provide solution approaches to meet customer needs and future vision.
  • Lead pre-sales discovery and design sessions, and document business requirements.
  • Assist in scoping, writing statements of work (SOWs), and drafting RFP responses.
  • Work collaboratively with internal team members to design a solution that will meet the customer’s business requirements. 
  • Serve as a technical resource and liaison between the sales team, delivery team, and the client to ensure seamless communication.
  • Lead the internal transition from pre-sales to delivery ensuring the proposed solution and scope is understood by the delivery team.
  • Proactively mitigate and manage critical escalations and at-risk accounts; communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external teams.
  • Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously.
  • Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities 
Requirements: 
  • Demonstrated ability to scope and implement multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Field Service.
  • Nice to have: Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Manufacturing Cloud, and SPIFF
  • Extensive pre-sales experience with the ability to work hands-on as needed
  • Experience creating SOWs and RFPs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, executive level presence, and experience working in a client advisory capacity
  • Ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning, and lead business discussions with customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues.
